90-Day Sales & Lending Internship 

Revolution Realty Capital is a leading private lender for real estate investors. We fund fix & flips, bridge loans, ground-up construction, rental/DSCR, and select commercial projects. This internship is a 90-day, hands-on sprint designed to turn high-initiative talent into production-ready sales pros. Graduates who complete the program at target will be positioned to manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDR’s) and fast-track into our Fix & Flip Funding Account Executive pathway.

What you’ll do (and learn):
  • Market & Product Foundations: Investor use-cases, deal structures, underwriting basics, comps/ARV, rehab budgets, DSCR/rent coverage, draw schedules, exit scenarios.
  • Prospecting & Pipeline: Identify and qualify residential investors; craft outreach; run call blocks; move leads to meetings/applications.
  • Discovery & Pre-Underwrite: Gather deal data (address, purchase, rehab scope, ARV, timelines), assess strategy (flip/new build/rental), and prep clean loan packages.
  • Sales Process Execution: From cold open → meeting → LOI → app → closing, with CRM hygiene and tight next-step control.
  • Leadership Reps: Shadow Account Executives (mock 1:1s, feedback loops, call listening, metric reviews).
  • Capstone: Deliver a mini-territory plan + live pipeline review and run a team call block with your BDR squad.

90-Day program roadmap:

Weeks 1-2: Industry Information:
Goal:
Understand the private lending landscape, players, vocabulary, and when/why investors use private lenders.

Weeks 3-4: Evaluating Deals:
Goal:
Learn to size up a deal fast and consistently using a standardized review flow.

Weeks 5-6: RTL - Fix & Flip / Bridge:
Goal: Master bridge guidelines and messaging for short-term value-add projects.

Weeks 7-8: RTL - Ground-Up Construction:
Goal: Confidently scope ground-up requests and control risk via budget/scope/draws.

Weeks 9-10: DSCR Loans:
Goal: Underwrite rental-cash-flow loans using DSCR and property-level metrics.

Weeks 11-12: Loan Processing & Submission (Operational Excellence):
Goal: Submit clean files first time; reduce stips, compress cycle times, and set expectations.

Recommended schedule: Tues–Thurs, 10:00a-2:00p (flexible), with a high-energy, team-driven environment focused on turning contacts into opportunities and celebrating wins.

What success looks like (KPIs):
  • Daily: talk time, quality convos, meetings set, clean CRM notes.
  • Weekly: show rates, app starts, AE-accepted opportunities, LOIs.
  • Program: capstone delivery, leadership readiness, funded-pipeline contribution.

You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Bonus: Real Estate license, prior sales or RE investing experience, construction fluency, or you’ve flipped/managed projects (not required).

Modern CRM + dialer, email/SMS outreach, call recording/QA, data/comp tools, doc/LOI templates, and a structured pipeline operating rhythm.

Compensation & path:
This is a 90-day internship with a performance-based path to BDR Team Lead and Fix & Flip Funding Account Executive roles. Specific compensation for post-internship roles is commission-based with high upside tied to results.
